Participants will gain an effective tool for stress management and personal growth. Janette May, facilitator and avid journal writer, will introduce different methods of journaling, including visual and written forms. Journals and materials will be provided. Bring an open mind and your sense of adventure.

Kid Support™ is for children whose lives are touched by cancer, either their own or that of a family member. Kid Supportis a 10-week, professionally-led group for children ages 4 to 12. Using a variety of art activities, poems, stories, cartoons and games, children are able to get support, ask questions, express difficult feelings, and share common experiences. This program will begin in late March for the parents and April 7th - June 9th for the children. Due to space limitations,please call 406-582-1600 by Friday March 23rd to register. Please remember, this will be a closed group once filled.

Aspen Roots is our Youth Advocacy Group at BHS for those that have been affected by cancer. This group finds healing through advocacy and mentorship. They mentor younger kids in similar situations, through fun, games, and laughter. Join us and Janice Cartwright at Montana Horse Sense to heal both the heart and the head through the power of Equine Therapy. Class will focus on horse psychology, how to approach horses, grooming techniques, time for theraputic touch and possibly supervised riding.
